Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Project Engineer: Create a risk mitigation and contingency plan for all ongoing customer projects, changes in market trends, identify and develop strategic partnerships with other organizations to develop and provide effective solutions in the Manufacturing space. Monitor department metrics such as Revenue, Cost-of-Goods-Sold (CoGS), Profitability, Hiring, Attrition and Customer Satisfaction. Create and implement the Strategy roadmap to develop the department in-line with the ARi global strategy. Develop marketable products and solutions based on current market opportunities, working in conjunction with sales, to help with new customer penetration. Accept BS with 5-yr engineering exp as MS. Primary worksite is East Peoria IL, but relocation possible.  

Education/Experience

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration or related with 6 months experience as Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer or Manager.
