Duties/Responsibilities:

Project Engineer: Responsible for Project delivery, Resource Management, Team Management, Client Management, Risk Management and Knowledge Management. Ensure the project quality and velocity goals defined by client and achieve the highest customer satisfaction. Setting up team’s performance appraisal goals for the year, facilitate/provide training, track, measure performance in the Linkus system. Identify the project risk and the mitigation plan, communicate with client and internal management at the early stage and track the progress and update it. 

Education/Experience

• Master degree in Business Administration or Information Technology with 6 months experience as Engineer or Solution Architect or consultant.
