As Sales Administrative Assistant, you'll offer robust support to sales individuals, teams, or departments. Tasks include data analysis, report preparation, and responding to inquiries. You'll also manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements. Expect involvement in invoicing, inventory management, and customer website administration. This role demands experience and initiative for effective goal achievement across various tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform general administrative tasks including setting up conference calls, managing correspondence, tracking UPS shipments, filing, mass mailing, and arranging travel for Sales Managers.
  • Create presentations, including mock-ups, samples, boards, binders, images, and reports, along with item specification sheets.
  • Update quarterly Action Plans for the Sales team and oversee all Paylocity updates within the Sales Department.
  • Prepare various reports such as POS, Purchase, and Buyers Books on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage customer pricing setup by entering all pricing into D365 and customer portals, and address pricing issues in collaboration with Sales Managers, ensuring accuracy in D365.
  • Assist in conducting market research across Commercial, Retail, Art & .Com markets, including reviewing competition and pricing information into Customer’s websites accordingly.

To be considered:

  • 2 – 3 years of administrative experience
  • College degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Collaborative approach to working with employees at all levels to enhance performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
  • Internet research skills using search engines
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate projects with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with any type of CRM or Data reporting programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a sales-driven, customer-focused business
  • Knowledge of Adobe software packages including Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Effective communication and motivation via in-person meetings, telephone, and written correspondence
