Our client is an industry leading manufacturer with 2000 employees whose products have been supporting First Responders for more than 100 years.  

They are looking for a Business Analyst - Salesforce

The position works in direct support of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support stakeholders as they design and build customer related solutions.

You must have a current and hands on knowledge of multiple Salesforce Clouds and a thorough understanding of sales and service goals and processes.

In this role as a Business Analyst, you will at as a  SF and sales/support process subject matter expert for simple to complex projects.

• Elicit, and validate business requirements
• Document current-state, future-state, and if needed conduct gap analyses
• Develop solution alternatives and lead the process to finalize recommendations
• Produce requirement documentation, user guides/work instructions, business process documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support day-to-day activities through Standard and Custom configuration and maintenance 
• Address enhancement requests
• Train end users on processes and systems

To be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years specifically as a Business Analyst
• Experience with Salesforce required
• Exceptional communication skills
