We are seeking an Application Manager to serve as an Informatics Manager with our client partner.

In this role, you will establish a robust and integrated platform for data collection, management, harmonization, and sharing across the network.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement clinical and research-based study management systems using Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with network personnel and participate in Working Groups when necessary.
• Integrate reporting services with the Study Management Informatics System (SMIS) and perform basic data analyses.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualization tools to support reporting requirements and critical decision-making for expanding the cancer clinical trial portfolio.
• Identify and promote tools to grow cross-project departmental Knowledge Bases and Wiki-type sites.
• Develop, implement, and document data-centric systems for collaborative research efforts.
• Ensure compliance with data security requirements, including safeguarding PHI data.
• Design and implement systems and tools to support genetic research and genetically targeted treatment protocols.
• Provide analytic services for interpreting data obtained from various sources.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in both IT and clinical research domains.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies for system development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of data management, analytics, and data security best practices.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
