Our client, located in Edison, NJ has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join their team.  This company is a global manufacturer and distributer and is considered a great place to work by their employees.  This company offers great benefits and this role will be a Hybrid opportunity – 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.


The Sales Admin provides support to a team of 3 Sales Managers.  The main responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:

  • Collects, reviews, analyzes data & prepares reports, charts, budgets & other presentation material
  • Prepares & distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule
  • Maintains files, databases, and Archives of relevant records
  • Screens calls & responds to/ routes inquiries from external/internal sources
  • Schedules & coordinates meetings/travel & other group activities
  • Manage expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory or other processes
  • Company administration of customer websites and portals
  • Tracking Shipments, Filing, Mass Mailers,
  • Prepare Presentations
  • Generating various reports from the ERP for the team to use
  • Customer Pricing Set Up, Entering Pricing into D365, Communicate Pricing Issues with Sales Managers, Correcting Pricing in D365
  • Website Administration
  • Communicate Customer Order Detail info to Sales Reps, entering information into Customer’s websites


Requirements for this role are:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Database Reporting Programs
  • Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, Paint
  • 1-3 years of Admin Experience
  • Strong Understanding of the Sales Environment
  • Budgeting
  • D365 Preferred, but any ERP experience is ok
  • Consumer Goods experience is a must have.
