Job Description
My client is a 4 generation family owned business and an industry leading manufacturer in support of First Responders.
They are seeking an experienced IT professional to join as an IT Business Partner for their US Business Units with a particular focus on Sales and Marketing. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and daily IT operations of the Americas business unit.
Leadership:

- Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to define and implement the IT strategy.
- Assist in the development and management of operational, capital, and project budgets.
- Provide expertise in establishing performance criteria and measuring progress towards goals.
- Foster collaboration with sales, marketing, service, project management, business analysts, and IT teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
IT Operations and Security:

- Oversee the security of all systems, identifying and addressing security concerns based on standards and compliance requirements.
- Administer user accounts within the technical stack.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and identify root causes of system failures, ensuring effective resolution.
Software and Systems:

- Act as the primary point of contact and Tier 2 or Tier 3 support for all systems.
- Contribute to the design and planning of system integrations, changes, and new designs.
- Consult with IT staff, customers, and cross-functional departments on projects, proposals, and technical matters.
Portfolio Management:

- Actively participate in IT-related portfolio projects.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, costing, scheduling, and procurement.
- Drive the implementation of new systems, retire outdated systems, and manage legacy system removal.
- Evaluate, assess, develop solutions, and conduct testing of changes within the technical stack.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Oracle EBS, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and low-code development.

Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively with employees, contractors, and consultants.

In-depth understanding of IT documentation, policies, and process standards.

Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security practices.
