They have asked for our help in finding a Lead Project Controls Specialist -Scheduling

As a member of the project management team, the role entails developing, maintaining, and reviewing the master schedule of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the project's master schedule, maintain schedule baseline, document schedule status and variances, and update schedule status.
- Evaluate and approve the baseline schedule, resource load summary schedule, and revisions.
- Prepare time impact analysis for change orders.
- Review project documents to identify potential project impacts.
- Develop work plans using the prescribed methods based on feedback from the execution/management team.
- Advise the project team on productivity trends and labor forecast analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and regulations.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with change management is desirable.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with an action-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adjust to changing circumstances, unforeseen events, and conflicting priorities.
