Our client is a prominent Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firm that delivers inventive solutions for the power, renewable, and industrial sectors.

With a vast and diverse portfolio, there experience includes gas turbine, biomass, solar, wind, biofuel, as well as industrial and environmental facilities throughout the continental United States.

They have asked for our help in finding a Lead Project Controls Specialist -Scheduling

As a member of the project management team, the role entails developing, maintaining, and reviewing the master schedule of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the project's master schedule, maintain schedule baseline, document schedule status and variances, and update schedule status.
  • Evaluate and approve the baseline schedule, resource load summary schedule, and revisions.
  • Prepare time impact analysis for change orders.
  • Review project documents to identify potential project impacts.
  • Develop work plans using the prescribed methods based on feedback from the execution/management team.
  • Advise the project team on productivity trends and labor forecast analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and regulations.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with change management is desirable.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented with an action-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adjust to changing circumstances, unforeseen events, and conflicting priorities.
