Overview: Assist the team in meeting the day-to-day technical and clerical needs of the department. Assist with servicing new and renewal clients. Service active and expired policy files in accordance with established values, goals, and procedures.

Role:

• Deliver high quality service to assigned clients and accounts.

   o          Focus on quality, timeliness, accuracy of file correspondence and documentation.

• Assist with Quotes and Confirmation preparation.
• Manage and maintain pending items from retailers and carriers - escalate when needed.
• Ensure documents are submitted correctly and on time.
• Attend educational seminars.
• -Learn and increase system skills to improve efficiency.
• Able to take insurance classes relating to work to continually grow in your position.
