This is a TREMENDOUS opportunity to play a key role in their PMO working alongside the group VP.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will recognize your role working as the “Bridge” between the project teams and Business Leadership. There are than 30 projects in the pipeline divided between Operations, Supply Chain and Business Systems (crm, cloud).

This is a traditional BA role in that there are already Technical PM's and Business Systems Analysts in place. 

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can lead meetings and describe complex technologies in a way that all stakeholders understand.

In this role you will:

• Lead business systems analysts in cross-functional business projects
• Elicit, clarify, and validate business requirements in moderate to complex enterprise projects
• Document current-state, future-state, and conduct the gap analysis
• Develop solution design alternatives, and lead the collaborative process to finalize recommendations
• Produce key project deliverables: requirement documentation, user guides, business process documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Develop and implement organization-wide, standard processes
• Train end users on processes and systems

To Be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must have recent experience in manufacturing - ideally discrete 
• Experience with Oracle EBS with experience in manufacturing modules: BOM, INV, WIP, Costing, WMS
• Minimum of 5 years formal Business Analyst experience
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques is preferred
• Experience working in a formal project management office is preferred.
