Job Description

An IT Managed Service Provider is looking for a highly skilled senior engineer to join their growing team. Applicant must be highly motivated with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

-Applicant will provide IT support to our growing client base in the healthcare, accounting, finance and education sectors

-Applicant must be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced environment

-Applicant must also have strong communication skills and be able to interact directly with clients and be able to work with minimal supervision

-Must be able to both lead projects and work within a team

Technical Skills

-Applicant must possess advanced knowledge of multiple areas of technology

-Have superior technical and troubleshooting skills

-Experience with building, managing and supporting all versions of Windows Server

-Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V

-Experience with building and managing cloud hosting environments including Azure and AWS

-Experience with managing and deploying Office 365

-Experience in managing and configuring network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points including Cisco, Sonicwall and Ubiquity

-Experience in building, managing and supporting Windows workstations

-Knowledge of Nable, Autotask, or other PSA/RMM system a plus

-IT Certifications helpful.
