Job Description

- Schedule technicians to satisfy customer requirements
- Perform wide variety of operational and administrative functions such as billings, service requests, service, memos,
correspondence, logs, collections, etc. Mulit-tasking
- May process purchase orders and stock requisitions to acquire necessary hardware
- · Process and verify technician timesheet as needed
- May make follow up telephone calls to internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- · May produce monthly department reports
- Signature level authority as indicated by the Authorization Level Document.
- · Other duties may be assigned

- · High School diploma or GED required
- · Two years experience required
- · Excellent verbal communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to greet and communicate with customers
effectively both in person and via phone
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- · Strong organizational skills
- · Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
