About Our Client

Our client is a growing outsourced accounting and fractional CFO firm that serves small and mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries. They are seeking an Accounting Operations Coordinator to support their accounting team and help keep both client and internal projects running smoothly

What You'll Do

  • Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with bookkeeping, month-end close, and account clean Support payroll processing and employee onboard
  • Help manage QuickBooks Online setups, cleanups, and migrations
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities and internal projects
  • Support firm leadership with administrative and operational tasks

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience
  • Strong QuickBooks Online experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with ADP, Gusto, or similar payroll platforms is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
