A fast-growing B2B digital marketing agency is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to help plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns for a portfolio of growth-focused clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution in a collaborative, high-accountability agency environment.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned to client business goals
Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, paid search, social media, and email
Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Monitor KPIs, conversion trends, and ROI across active campaigns
Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
3+ years of digital marketing experience, including agency experience
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing
Experience working with analytics and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
Comfortable being client-facing and presenting performance insights
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
B2B marketing experience preferred (manufacturing or industrial a plus)
