What You’ll Lead
- Develop and execute a proactive new-business strategy across enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Build, mentor, and grow a team of sales and account management professionals.
- Establish best-in-class processes for pipeline development, forecasting, performance tracking, and CRM usage.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting, Delivery, and Operations to ensure unified execution and exceptional client experiences.
- Deeply understand client environments—technical roadmaps, talent needs, and cultural dynamics—to position the firm as a trusted, strategic partner.
- Drive account expansion, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and continuously refine the go-to-market approach.
- Represent the company as a senior commercial leader in client conversations, industry events, and high-value pursuits.
What You Bring
- Senior-level leadership experience in IT staffing, technology consulting, or talent solutions.
- A track record of successfully winning new enterprise clients and scaling revenue.
- Experience building or transforming sales teams, including setting KPIs, coaching, and driving accountability.
- Strong negotiation and client-facing skills, with an ability to influence at the executive level.
- A strategic thinker who is also hands-on—comfortable mixing leadership with personal business development.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly.
