Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience to join a growing team. This role offers a blend of autonomy and collaboration, supporting both hiring managers and candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, screen, and engage top technical talent across a range of roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer
  • Use ATS systems and sourcing tools to drive efficiency and results
  • Help shape the candidate experience and employer brand

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in tech recruiting (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with technical roles and terminology
  • Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
