Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading investment management firm seeking a Senior C# Developer to help evolve its fund accounting platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact, enterprise-level systems that power books and records, financial reporting, and data infrastructure for a diverse range of financial products—including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and credit.

The ideal candidate combines strong C#/.NET engineering skills with hands-on experience working with Advent Geneva and fund accounting systems. You’ll join a team that builds robust, scalable integrations and reporting capabilities while modernizing data infrastructure in a cloud-native environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop scalable applications and enhancements supporting fund accounting and trade processing workflows
• Build and optimize integrations with Advent Geneva and prime broker data sources
• Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS, microservices, and Kubernetes
• Lead enhancements to an accounting data warehouse supporting Treasury, Tax, Regulatory Reporting, and other key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams using Agile and test-driven development practices
• Drive improvements in automation, resiliency, and system performance
• Partner with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines and resolve production issues
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Finance and Technology

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on C#/.NET
• Deep SQL expertise and experience developing large-scale data warehouses
• Prior experience working with Advent Geneva in a development or integration capacity
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Kubernetes, and microservices
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and fund operations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• A proactive mindset and high standards of integrity
