A leading national technology staffing firm is seeking a New Business Development Manager to drive growth across the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT). What You’ll Do:
* Identify, target, and secure new client accounts across the tri-state region, focusing on mid-size and enterprise-level IT organizations
* Develop tailored sales strategies that highlight the value of IT consulting, contract staffing, and direct hire solutions
* Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers: CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers, and procurement professionals
* Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and talent match quality
* Stay current on industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to position the firm as a strategic partner
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of IT staffing sales experience with a proven track record of new business acquisition in the NY/NJ/CT market
* Deep understanding of contingent staffing, managed services, and consulting delivery models
* Existing network of contacts within enterprise or mid-market clients across the region
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial in approach
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
