Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading financial services firm undergoing a major IT transformation. They’re looking for a seasoned Reference Architect to lead the assessment of their current-state architecture, evaluate ecosystem capabilities, and design future-state roadmaps that support scalable growth.

This is a high-impact, strategic role that will serve as the foundation for long-term implementation efforts across infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise architecture assessments across infrastructure, applications, data, and integrations
• Identify existing capabilities and gaps within the current tech ecosystem
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state architecture
• Develop multi-year IT roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Provide architectural oversight and advisory during roadmap execution

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or reference architecture
• Proven success in current-state assessments and future-state planning
• Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
