Our client in Marietta is hiring for a Business Unit Controller. This role is focusing on financial reporting accuracy, project oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position will work closely with managers across multiple countries to align financial goals and provide strategic insights. Ideal candidates are proactive, analytical, and experienced in international business controlling. This is an individual contributor role and is fully in office.
Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and report financial data for service contracts and projects, with a focus on site-based services.
Partner with business units to identify and execute financial improvement initiatives.
Support sales controlling efforts, including project cash flow, foreign currency management, and tax estimation.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling within an international organization.
Strong MS Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
