Our client in North Atlanta, GA is hiring for the role of Construction Staff Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing façade specialty contractor with a strong presence in the commercial construction industry. The role supports the accounting and administrative team with a focus on financial reporting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly analysis and reconciliation of expense accounts and budgets.

• Review and process corporate credit card transactions and expense reports.

• Prepare weekly cash projection reports and assist with contract administration.

• Maintain subcontractor agreements and monitor insurance certificates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and construction accounting software.

• Highly detail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
