6 Degrees Group is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a client in Gainesville, GA. This is a fully in-office position within a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting multiple divisions. The ideal candidate will bring full-cycle AP experience and strong organizational skills, with a desire to make an immediate impact on a growing team. Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices across multiple business units.

• Maintain vendor accounts, including W-9 documentation and payment setups.

• Handle payment processing through checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

• Support audits, monthly close activities, and 1099 reviews.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of corporate accounts payable experience.

• Proficiency with ERP or accounting systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
