Our client in the North Atlanta, GA is hiring for the role of Controller. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-growth financial services environment, reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving setting, overseeing all accounting, reporting, and treasury operations. This position will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, managing audits, and driving financial integrity across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting department and manage all day-to-day financial operations.

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly close and preparation of financial statements.

• Oversee treasury functions and organizational budgeting and forecasting.

• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, ensuring GAAP compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and active CPA required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading corporate accounting teams, preferably in financial services.

• Credit card industry experience required.

• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and data management capabilities.
