The position involves supporting various accounting functions, including reconciliations, project billing, and cost allocations. The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and possess strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with journal entries, including job cost adjustments and accruals.
• Participate in monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Review the general ledger for accuracy and perform variance analyses.
• Prepare and process project invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in Construction Accounting, with a focus on job costing and project billing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills.
