This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead accounting operations within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in project accounting and a strong command of Spectrum ERP. This position plays a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy, managing AR/AP functions, and supporting company growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project accounting, including job costing, billing, and forecasting.

• Manage financial data and reporting within Spectrum ERP.

• Supervise AR and AP processes to maintain positive cash flow and vendor compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and ensure financial integrity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus in the construction industry.

• Proficiency in Spectrum ERP and construction job cost accounting.

• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
