Role: Regional President
Location: Northeast Indiana (Fort Wayne area)
Our client is a regional provider of in‑home care services. Their primary client base includes older adults seeking to maintain independence while receiving support with daily living activities, companionship, and cognitive or memory-related care. Services are particularly relevant for individuals living with dementia, those transitioning home from hospital or rehabilitation settings, and families looking for supplemental caregiving support.
The Regional President (RP) is responsible for driving strategic growth and overall performance within a defined geographic region in a relationship‑driven, service‑focused organization serving older adults and their families.
This leader focuses significant time on building referral relationships, strengthening community partnerships, and expanding the organization’s presence across the region. The RP works closely with operational leadership to ensure efficient, consistent delivery of high‑quality services to both clients and frontline team members.
The role plays a key part in scaling operations, entering new communities, and supporting long‑term growth through strong partnerships, operational discipline, and adoption of tools and innovations that enhance service delivery. The Regional President also contributes to building a positive culture that balances professionalism, accountability, and a supportive, team‑oriented environment centered on meaningful client impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive overall regional financial performance, including P&L accountability
- Ensure operational efficiency by achieving defined performance metrics and goals
- Identify and execute growth opportunities, including expansion into new markets
- Build and sustain strong referral networks with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and professional advisors
- Represent the organization through community engagement, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Foster a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture across the region
- Partner with operations leadership to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery
- Support adoption of systems, technology, and tools that enhance efficiency and scalability
- Develop and mentor emerging leaders to strengthen the regional leadership pipeline

Qualifications and Requirements
- Leadership experience in relationship‑driven industries such as healthcare, senior services, hospitality, or other service‑focused environments
- Strong operational background, including process improvement and performance management
- Proven ability to build and maintain external partnerships
- Comfort navigating healthcare ecosystems (e.g., hospitals, senior living environments, care providers)
- Understanding of service delivery models and client experience principles (clinical licensure not required)
- Ability to leverage technology and systems to drive efficiency and scale
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of management experience
