A global manufacturer for commercial, industrial and residential settings is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the QMS and drive continuous improvement. This position ensures products meet requirements while strengthening quality performance, supplier capability, and operational excellence for multiple sites.

About the opportunity

• Oversee and continuously enhance the QMS, including document control, corrective/preventive actions, internal audits, and management reviews.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Team.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve in-process quality controls, supplier performance, and customer issue resolution.
• Own quality deliverables throughout the new product development
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead quality oversight for electroplating/e-coating processes, within industry standards.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5+ years Quality experience in a manufacturing setting with leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, SPC, CAPA, and regulatory/certification requirements
• Metric-Driven mentality with strong data management skills
• Lean Six Sigma / CI
• Ability to develop strategy and execute plans
• Experience with electroplating/e-coating quality control processes is strongly preferred
