About the Company - Our client is a fast-growing global electro-mechanical manufacturer serving a range of highly regulated and demanding industries, including medical, defense/aerospace, and industrial markets. They are seeking a General Manager to lead a stand-alone site with full accountability for performance, people, and long-term growth. This role owns the site’s P&L, drives operational excellence, and partners with leadership to shape strategy, foster CI, and strengthen site performance and customer delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through clear goals, business reviews, and execution of the growth plan.
• Lead operations, support functions, and cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes.
• Champion HSE, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, customer engagement, and capital planning. Requirements
• College degree or equivalent, Engineering background is strongly preferred
• Senior general management experience with full business unit accountability
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L and budgeting ownership
• Background leading multi-functional teams in a manufacturing or operational setting
• Experience with strategic planning, HSE compliance, Capex, and senior-level communication.
