Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer of construction products, is seeking a Safety Health and Environmental Leader to support operations at a multi-shift facility in Southwestern Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring strong industrial safety experience, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement in a manufacturing setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Lead site-wide SHE programs and support day-to-day compliance efforts.
Partner with operations leadership to strengthen safety culture and accountability.
Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Oversee employee training, safety communication, and engagement initiatives.
Support risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
Work cross-functionally with plant leadership, supervisors, and employees across multiple shifts.
Help drive environmental reporting, emergency preparedness, and injury prevention initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience leading site safety programs, training, and compliance initiatives in Manufacturing
Proven ability to influence teams, build partnerships, and drive culture change
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Experience with multi-shift operations and employee engagement is a plus
