Commercial Regional Sales Manager A global manufacturer of precision engineered components for automotive, trailer, and industrial applications is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and customer engagement across a key territory. You will own the regional sales strategy, expand market presence, and deliver strong financial performance through account development and cross-functional collaboration.
Role Overview:
Execute territory strategy for growth and market expansion
Prospect and develop new customers while cultivating trusted relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal teams across engineering, operations, and product management to align market needs with technical solutions
Own sales forecasting, pipeline, and CRM reporting
50% travel required Ideal Background:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a business or technical sales
Proven success in industrial or OEM sales with strong technical fluency
Experience providing engineered solutions and consultative sales approach
Demonstrated ability to drive results, influence internal stakeholders, and navigate complex, solution-based sales cycles
