Job Description

Step into a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own and shape the talent acquisition strategy for a growing, fast-paced organization. This is a chance to build and lead a high-performing recruiting function, partnering closely with senior executives to deliver the critical talent that drives business outcomes. If you thrive on data, process excellence, and developing teams, this role offers the autonomy and visibility you’re looking for.

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function, from workforce planning and executive stakeholder engagement through to offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. You will be responsible for designing and executing scalable, data-driven recruitment strategies that deliver top-tier talent across multiple functions. Your leadership will elevate the recruiting team’s performance, refine processes, and ensure talent acquisition is a strategic lever for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for critical and senior-level roles, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner with executive and senior leadership to understand workforce plans, define hiring priorities, and translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build, manage, and continuously refine proactive talent sourcing and pipeline development strategies for current and future hiring needs.
  • Implement and optimise data-driven recruiting practices, including KPI dashboards, funnel metrics, and regular performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate, standardize, and improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment on employer branding, candidate assessment standards, and offer strategies.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices to inform talent acquisition strategy and executive decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment management, including direct ownership of senior and critical hires in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels and techniques.
  • Strong capability in data-driven recruiting, including defining, tracking, and interpreting key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience leading recruitment process optimisation initiatives, from diagnostic assessment through implementation and change management.
  • Track record of managing and developing recruitment teams, with clear evidence of coaching, performance management, and team scaling.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate effectively across functions and levels.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, dynamic environment with competing priorities and evolving business needs.
