Job Description

Step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape the people strategy, culture, and processes of a growing organisation. This is an opportunity to own the full HR lifecycle, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive engagement, performance, and retention across the business. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build a high-performing, compliant, and people-focused workplace.

About the Role:

As HR Business Partner, you will lead and manage all core HR functions, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters. You will design and implement HR policies, programs, and processes that support business objectives and ensure legal compliance. Working closely with leadership, you will use data-driven insights to enhance employee experience, optimise talent acquisition, and strengthen performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead employee relations activities, including coaching managers, resolving complex employee issues, and conducting fair and thorough investigations.
  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, from workforce planning and job design to selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, benchmarking, benefits enrollment, and vendor relationships.
  • Own the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee data, process optimisation, and system integrity across all HR workflows.
  • Produce regular HR data reports and analytics (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, performance trends) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and support initiatives in engagement, retention, and organisational development.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a broad HR generalist or HR Manager role with responsibility across employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Strong track record managing complex employee relations cases and providing pragmatic advice to managers.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimising HRIS platforms and HR data workflows.
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and produce actionable reports for leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices, with specific experience in Texas employment regulations.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational HR tasks.
