About the Role:
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will drive quality assurance initiatives and lead project management efforts to enhance product development. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing effective problem-solving strategies and root cause analysis, impacting the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead quality assurance projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards.
* Implement and oversee stage gate processes for new product development.
* Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quality and efficiency.
* Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Requirements:
* 4 year degree in engineering or other technical field
* Proven experience in large-scale project management within a quality engineering context.
* Expertise in quality assurance processes and methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
* Experience in new product development and stage gate processes.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
