Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technical Trainer with expertise in soldering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical skills and quality standards of our workforce. This role involves creating instructional materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs focused on soldering techniques and quality assurance.
- Develop instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff, ensuring consistent application of best practices.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to improve skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in soldering techniques and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify training needs and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during training sessions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, training, or a related technical role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, procedures, and manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Ability to use and interpret measurement and inspection tools, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, and x-ray (as applicable).
- This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
