Commercial Regional Sales Manager A global manufacturer of precision engineered components for automotive, trailer, and industrial applications is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and customer engagement across a key territory. You will own the regional sales strategy, expand market presence, and deliver strong financial performance through account development and cross-functional collaboration.
Role Overview:
- Execute territory strategy for growth and market expansion
- Prospect and develop new customers while cultivating trusted relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across engineering, operations, and product management to align market needs with technical solutions
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline, and CRM reporting
- 50% travel required
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a business or technical sales
- Proven success in industrial or OEM sales with strong technical fluency
- Experience providing engineered solutions and consultative sales approach
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, influence internal stakeholders, and navigate complex, solution-based sales cycles
