Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and a proven ability to manage various human resources functions effectively. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and oversee onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct recruitment processes including interviewing, selection, and placement.
- Manage employee records and maintain the HRIS database accurately.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.
- Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate and support HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
