We’re seeking a strategic Total Rewards leader to oversee all programs related to pay, benefits, and payroll. This role ensures our compensation and benefits practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The Director will guide a high-performing team and partner closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership.
What You’ll Lead
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and full compliance across multiple states.
- Manage employee benefits programs, renewals, vendor relationships, and open enrollment.
- Lead compensation planning, benchmarking, and incentive program design.
- Maintain job architecture, salary structures, and market pricing models.
- Provide pay recommendations for hires, promotions, and adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and federal/state payroll laws.
- Partner with Finance and Legal on budgeting, audits, and process improvements.
- Develop policies, controls, and analytics that strengthen total rewards strategy.
- Lead and mentor the payroll, benefits, and compensation teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of experience across compensation, benefits, and payroll with leadership responsibility.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with excellent Excel skills
- Expertise in multi-state compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
