Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on IT leader to manage all technology operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of warehouse systems—from automation and robotics to networks, hardware, and WMS integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, technical depth, and the ability to partner closely with operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily IT operations supporting warehouse systems, networks, hardware, and end-user devices.
• Monitor system performance and use data/metrics to drive improvements and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support and administer servers, desktops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi devices, phones, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues across automation, robotics, and WMS-connected technologies; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Lead or assist with system upgrades, technology rollouts, and warehouse systems projects.
• Maintain IT security standards, data governance, and cybersecurity protocols; investigate security incidents.
• Perform system monitoring, log review, and backup verification.
• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance processes and optimize system functionality.
• Provide help-desk and application support across multiple business systems.
• Recommend new tools, technologies, and infrastructure enhancements.

What we are seeking:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT management experience within warehouse, distribution, or high-volume operations.
• Background supporting automation, robotics, and integrated warehouse technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset and metrics-driven decision making.
• Expertise in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization (VMware), and network technologies.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting WMS/WES/MHS systems.
• Knowledge of Zebra printers, handheld scanners, and other warehouse devices.
