Sales Representative – Industrial Waste Solutions

Position Summary

Our Oilfield Services division provides specialized waste management services to clients in the energy sector. We operate a network of facilities that include treatment and recovery sites, engineered landfills, and saltwater disposal wells. The Sales Representative builds strong client relationships, delivers exceptional service, and promotes premium solutions in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bids and proposals.
  • Assist in creating and reviewing proposal content to meet client expectations.
  • Support team members to foster open communication, collaboration, and shared success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Work with colleagues to develop innovative approaches for growth and competitive positioning.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Background in oilfield waste management, environmental services, or drilling fluids preferred.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or business development.
  • Valid driver’s license.
