Sales Representative – Industrial Waste Solutions
Position Summary
Our Oilfield Services division provides specialized waste management services to clients in the energy sector. We operate a network of facilities that include treatment and recovery sites, engineered landfills, and saltwater disposal wells. The Sales Representative builds strong client relationships, delivers exceptional service, and promotes premium solutions in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bids and proposals.
- Assist in creating and reviewing proposal content to meet client expectations.
- Support team members to foster open communication, collaboration, and shared success.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Work with colleagues to develop innovative approaches for growth and competitive positioning.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Background in oilfield waste management, environmental services, or drilling fluids preferred.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or business development.
- Valid driver’s license.
