Job Description

The opportunity:
Our client, a Fortune 250 global manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Leader to join their team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and manufacturing. This role will be responsible for leading financial analysis efforts, driving strategic financial planning, and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the financial analysis team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Partner with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial documentation.
- Drive process improvements within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What we are seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 7-10 years experience in FP&A and financial analysis within the manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and standards.
