Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Product Engineer to join their team in Forest City, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulics or fluid power systems, coupled with expertise in 3D modeling. This role involves developing, testing, and refining products to meet specific client needs and industry standards. The Product Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product efficiency, innovation, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products and components with a focus on hydraulics or fluid power systems.
- Utilize 3D modeling software to create detailed product designs and prototypes.
- Conduct simulations and testing to evaluate product performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze product failures and identify areas for improvement or redesign.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation for each project.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hydraulics, fluid power, and 3D modeling technologies.

What we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years engineering experience preferably in hydraulics or fluid power systems.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
