The Value Stream Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift. This role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Team Leader will coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of production workers during the 2nd shift.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules to meet delivery targets.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate production and performance records.
- Communicate effectively with management and other shift leaders.

What we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision.
- High energy, self starter
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
