Our client is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Batesville, MS. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and project management. This role involves overseeing engineering processes and team members to ensure efficient production operations.

The Opportunity:
- Lead and manage the EHS and manufaturing engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of manufacturing processes equipment, and tooling.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Support capital budgeting process and responsible for managing capital projects and capital spending.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.

What we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years leadership experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and team coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
