We are partnering with a well-established industrial company recognized for high-quality products in the infrastructure sector. They’re adding a Business Development Director to lead growth strategies for a specialized product line. The role will focus on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue and profitability. This is a key leadership role responsible for customer relationship management, regulatory compliance, and supporting sales teams through technical expertise and training.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while cultivating existing client relationships
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across product offerings
- Provide technical support and training for internal teams and customers to enhance sales effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of business development experience in construction, infrastructure, roadside safety or other relevant industries
- Proven success in meeting growth targets and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills
- Significant travel, 50-70% in U.S. Reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone
