Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established industrial company recognized for high-quality products in the infrastructure sector.  They’re adding a Business Development Director to lead growth strategies for a specialized product line. The role will focus on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue and profitability. This is a key leadership role responsible for customer relationship management, regulatory compliance, and supporting sales teams through technical expertise and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while cultivating existing client relationships
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across product offerings
  • Provide technical support and training for internal teams and customers to enhance sales effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of business development experience in construction, infrastructure, roadside safety or other relevant industries
  • Proven success in meeting growth targets and driving strategic initiatives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills
  • Significant travel, 50-70% in U.S.  Reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone
