Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors and key customers, providing support and technical expertise.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales data and reporting through CRM and regular communication with leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Sales experience in Roadside/Traffic Safety, Civil Engineering or Construction.
- Has performed onsite demoes
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement.
- Experience managing a multi-state territory
- Use of CRM
- Ability to travel 60% of the time.
- Must live within territory (CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, NM, CO, UT)
