Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our team in North Carolina. This role requires a combination of both strategic and tactical professional with a strong background in human resources and a proven track record in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the manufacturing facility.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and facilitate employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
- Srong business acumen with knowledge of use of HR metrics to drive decision making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 25% travel and willing to relocate in 2-3 years for future growth opportunities
