The Senior HR Manager will oversee human resources functions for multiple sites & states within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals, manage complex employee relations issues, and lead a team of HR professionals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and have extensive experience in a multi-site manufacturing setting.

- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve complex issues.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Drive performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify HR priorities and provide strategic input.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- 25% travel is required
