Our client is seeking an experienced Sr Production Planner to join their team near Aurora, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production planning activities to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. Key responsibilities include:

The Opportunity:
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the availability of materials, labor, and equipment.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes in demand.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Utilize IQMS ERP system to manage production planning and inventory control processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Prepare reports and presentations on production performance and planning strategies.

What we are seeking:
- 5-7 years proven experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in IQMS ERP system is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
