Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the steel or construction industry and a proven track record in sales.

The Opportunity:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the steel or construction sector.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure profitable sales growth.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

What we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, specifically in the steel or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the steel/construction market in Memphis, TN.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-75%.
